We are offering FREE SHIPPING nationwide. International House Of Luggage is bearing all shipping cost against online orders. But If customer want to exchange the item, for that customer have to return the item before and will bear shipping cost only in that case.

As per courier company standard time is 24 to 36 hours for same city and same province. But for other province it takes around 36 to 48 hours normally. Delivery time can be vary due to weather conditions.

After ordering, there will be a confirmation call to the customer by our Customer Support Team, after confirmation we process the order within 24 hours.

Sales receipt will be send to customer via email/sms. and also we send invoice with the order.

In that case you can visit our any nearest outlet. We have our outlets in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Sialkot.

You can change your order till our confirmation call. Once your order confirmed, then it will go to next phase of packing and dispatch.

For online orders, you can pay via following methods:
1- Cash On Delivery
2- Bank Transfer
Other payment options are adding soon.

Currently we don't have any option for return. But yes you can exchange the item before using with same or above price article. Or we can offer you a voucher for shopping later. But there is no cash refund option.

You can exchange the item by visiting your nearest International House of Luggage outlet. Incase there is no outlet in your city, you have to return the item to our warehouse, then will send you your desired product

Yes you will receive the same product you see in picture and ordered from our website.
Note: Color of the product might vary a little from picture in actual.
